Pre-Delivery Cancellation Requests

Because our products are delivered digitally, standard cancellation rules differ from physical goods. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to contact@kevcox.com.

Eligibility for "Change of Mind" Cancellation

Orders for digital products may be cancelled for a full refund only if the license key or download access has not yet been delivered.

Once a digital product has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout, the order cannot be cancelled. This is due to the nature of digital license distribution. If you receive your item and find it to be defective, please refer to our Refund Policy instead.

The 15-Minute Cancellation Timeframe

Our automated systems deliver digital goods almost instantly. Therefore, cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes of purchase and strictly before the licence key or download link is dispatched to your email.

After delivery has been confirmed by our system, orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact contact@kevcox.com immediately if you need to halt a pending order.

EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by accepting the delivery of a digital licence key to your email, you expressly waive this right as the digital content has been made available in full. This waiver is consistent with Article 16(m) of the Directive. The 15-minute window mentioned above applies exclusively to the time before this delivery (and subsequent waiver) takes place.

Refunds for Approved Pre-Delivery Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved (prior to delivery), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval.

After the refund is issued, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and typically takes 3–7 business days.
